Shipping policy

affDiam currently ships eligible orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery times vary by item. Most orders are expected to arrive within 6–11 business days unless a different estimate is displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Custom, made-to-order, resized, engraved, altered or specially sourced pieces may require additional preparation time. We will provide an estimated timeline before beginning custom work whenever applicable.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

High-value shipments

Orders may require an adult signature at delivery. High-value shipments may also be insured and subject to additional identity or payment verification before shipment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with the order.

Delivery delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Contact us at adriangreenjr@braffdiam.com if your shipment is delayed or appears lost.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships.

Damaged or missing packages

Inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or appears to be missing, contact adriangreenjr@braffdiam.com immediately with your order number and photographs when applicable.
