Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates and accompanying documentation

  • Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by BraffDiam.

Starting a return

Contact us at adriangreenjr@braffdiam.com before sending an item back. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, the authorized return address and packing instructions.

Because our merchandise can be high in value, returns must be shipped using the label and instructions we provide. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered:

  • Custom-designed, personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Resized, altered or modified jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Special-order or specially sourced items approved by the client

  • Gift cards

  • Items identified as final sale

Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item first and place a separate order after the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact adriangreenjr@braffdiam.com.
