• Custom, altered, engraved, sized and special-order pieces may be final sale.
• Deposits may become non-refundable after sourcing or production begins.
• Any approved return must follow the written time limit and condition requirements provided with the sale.
• Laboratory reports, packaging and included materials must be returned where applicable.
• Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
